HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2034 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed :

It is seen that Charge sheet is filed in this matter for the offence under Sections 354(D) and 509 IPC and the case is registered as C.C.No.304 of 2014. Having regard to the stage of the matter and gravity of the charge, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
