HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.626 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.343 of 2013 from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy, and transfer the same to Family Court, Vijaywada.

2. Wife filed this petition and according to her affidavit, her marriage was performed with respondent on 24.05.2003 and they lived happily for some time and they are blessed with two children, by name Sai Vamsi and Ramu, who are 7 and 5 years respectively. She stated that due to harassment caused to her, she went back to her parents' house and lodged a complaint with Arigipalli Police Station, which is registered as Crime No.156 of 2014 and thereafter she file D.V.C. and maintenance case in Krishna District and that the same are pending before respective Courts. She contended that respondent intentionally filed O.P.No.343 of 2013 at Family Court, Ranga Reddy and that she is receiving threats from the respondent and that she has danger to her life at Ranga Reddy from her husband and his followers. She further contended that she is not in a position to meet the travel expenses from Vijaywada to Ranga Reddy, for these reasons, she prayed for transfer of O.P.No.343 of 2013 from Family Court, Ranga Reddy to Family Court, Vijaywada.

3. Respondent in spite of service of notice neither appeared in person nor through any Advocate.

4. Heard arguments of advocate for petitioner.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the convenience of wife, O.P.No.343 of 2013 is withdrawn from Family Court, Ranga Reddy and transferred to Family Court, Vijaywada, for disposal in accordance with law.

6. For these reasons, transfer C.M.P. is ordered. No costs.

7. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. __________________ S. RAVI KUMAR, J 28th April 2015.
