This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.6 seeking to quash the complaint against him in F.I.R. No.111 of 2020, dated 13.1O.2O2O on the file of the Station House Officer, Kondamallepally Police Station, Nalgonda District. \ \ Heard Mr.Pradeep Kumar Srirambhatla, learned counsel for \ & the petitioner, Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public prosecutor and Mr.G.Dhananjai, learned counsel for respondent No.2 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after completion of the investigation, a charge sheet has been laid down before the Competent Court and the parties have compromised the matter before the Lok-Adatat. Therefore, he submits that cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for t adjudication and seeks to dismiss this Criminal petition as infructuous.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor have concede to the said request.

Recording the submissions of both the learned counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh application, if arry cause survives in future.
