THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.5766 of 2004 Order: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri Challa Gunaranjan, learned counsel for the 7th respondent, would submit that payment of the arrears due to farmers for the crushing season 2002-03 and 2003-04 has been substantially made; and, if certain farmers have not been paid their dues, the 7th respondent would pay it within one month from today.

Sri K.S. Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that, in view of the submission now made by Sri Challa Gunaranjan, learned counsel for the 7th respondent, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Recording the submissions made, on behalf of the 7th respondent, by Sri Challa Gunaranjan, learned counsel, the writ petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
