This civil revision petition arises out of order dt.28.3.2017 in I.A. No.65 of 2017 in O.S. No.145 of 2007 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka.

At the hearing, Mr. Palanki Ram Mohan, representing Mr. M. Viswanadham, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the acknowledgements in proof of service of receipt of notice have not been received from the respondents.

In view of the order passed by this Court on 18.8.2017, this civil revision petition stood dismissed.
