The only grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Roc.No.4777/2015 against the order of the 3rd respondent vide L.Dis.No.H/848/2012, dated 03.06.2013, confirming the endorsement of the 4th respondent vide FLR/585/2011, dated 26.11.2011 is not being disposed of. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
