THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.11901 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning the order, dated 04.10.2016 passed by respondent No.3 - Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate, Hyderabad, under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955.
Learned Government Pleader primarily raised an objection that for the relief claimed by the petitioners, the writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to convert the Writ Petition into the Civil Revision Petition.
Having considered the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the fact that this Court is implementing the Integrated Software which is in tune with the Nationally Notified Nomenclature and Numbering System, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to enable them to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. However, the petitioners shall be given benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
CKR, J W.P.No.11901 of 2017 Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
