Thimma Reddy, leamed for the petitioners, seeks pennission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberly to avail altemative remedy including filing a fresh writ petition I-le has also addressed a letter dated 27.12.2022 to the Registrar (Judicial) to that ef,fect. The said letter is placed on record. Granting liberty, as sought, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
