This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records relating to C.C.No.295 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Kodad and to quash the proceedings thereon. Sri T.Jeevan Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri P.Kasi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the trial has already commenced before the Court below and hence, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
