HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1390 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 03.08.2016 passed in W.P.No.3676 of 2014. In view of subsequent orders passed by the respondents, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
