When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim orders dated 12.09.2003, granted by this Court the petitioners are being continued in the respondent-college. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for respondent-college. In view of the above submission, no further orders are necessary in the above writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
