...Respondents

Counsel for the Appellant:

Mr.Sravan Kumar Naidana Counsel for the respondents:

GP for Women & Child Welfare The Court made the following:

CVNR, J & GSP, J WA.No.793 of 2017 Dt: 01.08.2017 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Interlocutory order, dated 13-02-2017, in WPMP.No.5598 of 2017 in WP.No.4627 of 2017, declining to grant interim relief to the appellant, who was removed as Anganwadi worker based on certain allegations of omissions and commissions, is assailed in this Writ Appeal.

A perusal of the order of the learned Single Judge shows that while keeping the Writ Petition pending, he has dismissed the interlocutory application filed for a direction to continue the appellant as anganwadi worker. As rightly observed by the learned single Judge, the appellant having been removed, no direction for her continuance could be granted unless the order of removal is set aside. In this view of the matter, we do not find any error apparent on the face of the record. Hence, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, WAMP No.1545 of 2017, filed by the appellant for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
