This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.53 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer Central Crime Station, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is accorded. In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
