THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 36918 of 2016 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The petitioner appears to have been appointed temporarily on an honorarium of Rs.1,500/- per month as Attender in the Court of the Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class, Krishna District, for the past couple of years. The appointment was made for one year and subsequently extended. Claiming that he is a physically handicapped person, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition, seeking a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider his case for appointment in regular vacancies.

2.

Heard Mr. Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.

A prayer of this nature cannot be entertained. As and when there is a notification for recruitment, the petitioner can apply. If he is a handicapped person, he may be considered even against the quota reserved for them.

VRS,J & GSP,J WP No.36918 of 2016 4.

The grievance of the petitioner is that if and when a notification is issued, he may become over-aged. In such contingencies, he can always seek a relaxation from the Government. 5.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs. __________________________ V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J _____________________ G. SHYAM PRASAD, J 1st November, 2016 cbs
