THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.11192 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied to 3rd respondent for issuance of title deed in respect of the subject land after his name has already been mutated in the Revenue Records, but the 3rd respondent is not taking any action thereon. It is also stated that 3rd respondent had also issued pattadar passbook to petitioner.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that petitioner shall file an application before 3rd respondent with supporting documents in support of his claim, and the 3rd respondent will pass orders thereon within a period of eight (08) weeks on receipt of such application.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the application of petitioner for issuance of title deed with supporting documents, and if no such application is made the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of submission of that application.
