HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.862 of 2014 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.343 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District in connection with Crime No.65 of 2011 of Woman Police Station, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 I.P.C and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that the above calendar case was ended in acquittal after full dressed trial and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.

3) Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
