ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in fixing the pay of the petitioner in the category of Shramik and not paying the salary from 21.01.2014 to 09.03.2015 to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the A.P.S.R.T.C. Service Regulations, the provisions of Act 1 of 1996 the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and as well violation of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to fix the pay in the cadre of Grade-II Driver and pay the salary from 21.01.2014 to 09.03.2015 and arrears thereof to the petitioner and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
At the hearing, learned Standing Counsel has placed before the Court order dated 10.07.2015 in W.P.No.21106 of 2015 (Parsha Ramulu vs. The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation and others), wherein this Court has disposed of identical writ petition with certain directions.
In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this Order. As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.35645
