ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside order, dated 03.09.2015, of respondent No.2, whereby a new Managing Committee was appointed, without notice and without enquiry, based on vague allegations.

Mr.K.Mohan Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has addressed a letter, dated 22.01.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein, he has stated that in view of constitution of the Committee for a further period of one year, vide order, dated 18.01.2016, of respondent No.2, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. Mr.S.M.Subhani, learned counsel for the implead applicant, submitted that without impleading his client, the petitioner has obtained the interim order, dated 28.09.2015, in W.P.M.P.No.40510 of 2015, behind the back of his client.

Since the petitioner is seeking to withdraw the writ petition, it is unnecessary to examine the above aspect. However, the previous Committee viz., Sawaran Mosque ad hoc Managing Committee (implead applicant), is entitled to avail appropriate legal remedy, if it feels aggrieved by the aforesaid order, dated 18.01.2016, of respondent No.2.

Subject to the liberty given as above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.40510 and 46535 of 2015 and W.V.M.P.(SR)No.199352 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
