This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order dated 09.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.528 of 2015 in O.S.No.597 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa.

Heard Sri Nagaraju Naguru, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. V. Sujatha, the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the very purpose of filing of the suit has become infructuous. In that view of the matter, the impugned order dated 09.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.597 of 2015 has also become infructuous since it has lost its legal sanctity. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, no further orders need be passed in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly this Civil Revision Petition is closed.
