HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1779 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the delay in disposing of O.S.No.125/07 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Karimnagar at Jagityala filed by the petitioner herein against the respondents and for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the said O.S.No.125/07.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioners are ready, the respondents are dragging on the matter and the Court below without any proper reasons, adjourning the matter. He also brought to the notice of the Court of the docket orders filed in page 38 to 51 of the material papers of the said suit which goes to show that the defendants are seeking adjournments on one pretext or the other, though the suit is of the year 2007. In view of the above, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Revision, shall stand closed.
