This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 20.07.2017 in O.S.No.15 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Khammam, Khammam District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him. Permission is granted. 3.
