THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26181 of 2018 ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-GVMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner herein submitted explanation in response to the impugned notices, dated 16.07.2018, and the same will be considered and appropriate further action will be taken, as per law.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-GVMC to consider the explanation, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take further action, strictly in accordance with law. Till final orders are passed, no coercive action, pursuant to the impugned notice, shall be taken. There shall be no order as to costs.
