This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the letter vide Lr.No.6685/E&R/A1/2014-1, dated 24.03.2014, issued by the Deputy Secretary to Government, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (E&R) Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. 3.
Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
