THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4381 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With consent of both the counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the representation dated 24.04.2015 filed by the petitioners for mutation of their names in revenue records in respect of the land in Sy.Nos.212/3, 223/2, 217, 223/7, 209/1, 207/2, 210/10, 23/2, 215/2, 214/2 & 215/1 admeasuring Ac.5.44 cents of Bethalpuram, Badapuram Village, Donakonda Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent No.4 to mutate the names of the petitioner in respect of the above land.

3. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 24.04.2015 made by the petitioners at the earliest.

4. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that request of the learned counsel for the petitioners may be considered provided the application is made in proper form and requisite fee is paid.

5. Without going into the merits of the case and having regard

to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 24.04.2015 made by the petitioners if all the statutory requirements are fulfilled, at the earliest preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
