SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.225 of 2006 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of the order dated 29.04.2005 passed by the learned I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, in I.A.No.388 of 2005 in O.S.No.12 of 2005. While so, the Registry informs us that the suit, O.S.No.12 of 2005, was itself disposed of on 28.01.2008. That being so, this appeal which arises out of an interlocutory order passed in the said suit does not survive for consideration on merits at this stage. The civil miscellaneous appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
