THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2399 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 28.09.2012 in Crl.M.P.No.7010 of 2012 in P.R.C.No.28 of 2012 on the file of the Court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tanuku. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed. ______________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
