O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.2 - Station House Officer / Sub Inspector of Police, Narnoor Police Station, Narnoor village and mandal, Adilabad District is not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.05.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that as on today, the 2nd respondent has not received any complaint.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to produce any acknowledgement with regard to receipt of the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.05.2018 by the 2nd respondent. In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to make a fresh complaint and based on the same, 2nd respondent is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
