THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1357 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused in C.C. No.1538 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar.

At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that C.C. No.1538 of 2012 was subsequently re-numbered as C.C. No.381 of 2013 on the file of the same court, and after full-fledged trial, the petitioneraccused was acquitted. The submission of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is recorded.
