THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26318 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the GHMC authorities have inspected the subject premises and found that the unofficial respondents have raised construction upto the pillar level and the authorities have stopped the same and they are going to issue notice to the unofficial respondents for taking further action. The said statement is placed on record.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
