Order: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) In view of the subsequent events, namely, issue of licences to run toddy shops, in our opinion, nothing further survives in the writ petition and that seems to be the reason why learned counsel for the petitioner is not getting any response from the petitioner.

In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss this writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
