ORDER

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel for respondents placed before this Court the proceedings dated 08.01.2016 of the Registrar, addressed to the petitioner informing him the decision of the Executive Council rejecting the appeal/representation filed by the petitioner after his acquittal in the criminal case and as a consequence to the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.3115 of 2015 dated 06.10.2015. 2.

Having regard to the same, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies as available in law against the decision of the Executive Council as informed to him through letter dated 08.01.2016. 3.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that it is open to the petitioner to raise all contentions as available in law in any proceedings that may be availed aggrieved by the latest decision of the University. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
