HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD W.P. No. 23826 of 2015 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed seeking to declare action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the Crime in pursuance of the complaints / representations dated 19.01.2015 and 18.02.2015 given by the petitioner against respondent Nos.4 to 6, as arbitrary and illegal.

This is the case where criminal litigation is involved in pursuance of the complaints lodged by the petitioner against the unofficial respondents, for which, the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy under Section 200 Cr.P.C. to approach the appropriate Court below.

In view of the above, the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
