HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1486 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

For the reasons stated by the learned counsel for petitioners, the order dated 05.11.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.2319 of 2014 in Crime No.178 of 2013 of Gannavaram P.S passed by I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chittoor-FAC-District and Sessions Judge, Chittoor is modified to the effect that in the place of "two local sureties", the words "two sureties from Chittoor District" is replaced. Rest of the impugned order shall hold good. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
