HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.19557 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gudiwada, Krishna District dated 03.01.2007 in calling upon the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.32,900/ - towards deficit stamp duty and Rs.3,29,000/ - towards penalty and for the unregistered document in OS No.70 of 1999 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Gudiwada.

Sri E.V.V.S. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
