This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for Appointment as Conductor by relaxing the height as was done in the case of Smt.D. Sathyabhama in Proc.No.L4/785(13)/2013-GHZ, dt.17-10-2014 and Smt.Aruna vide Proc.No:A2/785(58)/2015, Dt.19-1-16, in pursuance of the Proc.No.M3/684(1)/2015-HR, Dt.21-7-2015 or consider for Record Tracer/Attender or in any suitable post on compassionate grounds, as high handed and arbitrary action, discrimination, illegal, violative of Art 14,16 and 21 of the constitution of India and as such direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any suitable post forthwith."
Heard Sri M. Prasanth Kumar, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents.
When the matter is called, it is reported that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.11087 of 2014, dated 09-06-2014 and a copy of the same is also placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper.
Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms thereof. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
