HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT C.C.Nos.1980 and 2054 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:
These contempt cases are filed complaining disobedience of order dated 14.07.2017 in W.P.No.16274 of 2018 and batch. At request of respondents, keeping particularly in view the stage, at which the disbursement of compensation is undertaken and also the steps the respondents were implementing to find out the ineligible claims, the Court has granted two adjournments. Admittedly, the petitioners have filed W.P.No.34068 of 2018. The said writ petition stands posted to 31.10.2010. The petitioners since are availing the jurisdiction under Article 226, this Court is of the view that the grievance of petitioners against alleged disobedience need not be considered in Contempt Cases. By leaving it open to work out the prayer in W.P.No.34068 of 2018, the Contempt Cases are dismissed.
