Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer for shop No. 34 of Kothapalli Village, Atchampeta Mandal, Guntur District. While so, the fair price shop of the petitioner was inspected by the third respondent on 15.4.2015 and found some variations in the stock. After conducting a panchanama and seizing the stock, the third respondent sent a report on 17.4.2015 to the second respondent, who issued impugned order dated 29.4.2015 suspending the authorization of the petitioner, pending enquiry. Questioning the said suspension

order, the present Writ Petition is filed.

This Court carefully perused the allegations levelled against the petitioner and is prima facie of the opinion that the same are required to be inquired into. In those circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the enquiry process at this stage. As the petitioner has already submitted his explanation on 29.5.2015, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final order thereon, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by duly following the principles of natural justice in the enquiry process.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
