Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein, along with certain others, submitted a representation on 20.02.2018 to the fourth respondent herein but no action has been taken so far, despite lapse of considerable length of time. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the fourth respondent to verify the representation, dated 20.02.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
