THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE K. SUJANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.12157 of 2025 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for granting of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in Crime No.217 of 2025 of Kethepally Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of the BNS. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Police are harassing the petitioner under the guise of investigation by calling them to the Police Station very often. Hence, he prayed the Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the name of the petitioner is not mentioned in the said Crime and that there is no apprehension of arrest to the petitioner in the said Crime.

In view of the rival submissions of both the parties, it is noteworthy that the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no apprehension of arrest to the

SKS,J Crl.P.No.12157 of 2025 petitioner in the said Crime and his name is not mentioned in the Crime. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner as there is no apprehension of arrest to the petitioner in the said Crime. 5.

With the above observations, this Criminal Petition is Disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
