THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2048 OF 2014 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order, dated 05.11.2013, passed in I.A.No.40 of 2012 in O.P.No.102 of 2012 by the IV Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam, whereby and whereunder, the petition under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of CPC filed by the petitioners seeking permanent injunction against respondent No.1 restraining him, his men, agents and henchmen from entering into the petition schedule property, was dismissed. Challenging the said dismissal order, the present revision is preferred by 10 petitioners out of 14 petitioners who preferred the said O.P. No representation for the petitioners.

The status report placed by the Registry would show that the very O.P itself was dismissed for default on 25.01.2018. In such an event, the present revision has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in the revision, stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
