ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.67 of 2015, pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mummidivaram, on various grounds. During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a petition under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. to recall NBW and it is pending for consideration. In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal petition is disposed of directing the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mummidivaram to dispose of the petition filed under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. to recall NBW on appearance of the petitioner in accordance with law on the same day. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
