This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.139 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Pedapadu Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 420 IPC read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
