THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2576 OF 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed challenging non-implementation of the order, dated 14.07.2016 passed in W.P.No.14682 of 2016. In the said order, this Court directed the second respondent to consider the representation of the third respondent, dated 14.03.2016, and pass appropriate orders.

A counter affidavit is filed stating that the representation was considered and the same was rejected on 24.01.2017 clearly giving reasons.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
