THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 3171 OF 2017 O R D E R :

Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, while admitting the Writ Petition, on 31.01.2017, it is represented, the respondent authorities have passed an Award in respect of the subject property. Hence, Sri P.R.K. Amarendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated the letter dated 14.03.2018 to the Registry to list the Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal', with liberty to his client to file an Application, under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation, Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Hence, the Writ Petition is taken up today. Granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Award, if he is so advised, under Section 64 of the 2013 Act, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the interim order dated 31.01.2017 shall stand dissolved automatically.
