THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.R.P.No.1261 OF 2011 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 21.02.2011 passed by the I Additional District Judge, R.R. District at L.B. Nagar in C.M.A.No.47 of 2008, whereby the interim injunction granted on 17.01.2007 by the Additional Junior Civil Judge, R. R. District in I.A.No.180 of 2006 in O.S.No.125 of 2006 was reversed.

Since the interim order passed by the Additional Junior Civil Judge was reversed by the I Additional District Judge, this Court at the time of admission directed both parties to maintain status quo on 08.04.2011. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, a direction be given against the Court below to dispose of the suit within time frame while maintaining status quo.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, without touching the merits of the revision petition, the revision petition is disposed of requesting the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible in any event not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order subject to the circulars issued by this Court for

disposal of pre 2013 matters. The parties are directed to maintain status quo till disposal of the suit. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
