THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Criminal Petition No.7885 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.465 of 2017 of Kusaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 290 IPC and Section 15 of Environmental Act, 1986.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that after due investigation into the crime, Police have filed charge sheet on 30.11.2017.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
