THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26556 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, since the BPS application filed by the fourth respondent is pending, the respondent authorities are not in a position to take action and, now, they will take action to dispose of the application and also proceed further, pursuant to the subject show cause notice, dated 06.10.2017, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
