This Writ Petition challenges the proceedings of the 1st respondent issued vide Memo No.1540/PS.2/2007 dated 16.3.2007 and the proceedings of the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad-2nd respondent bearing proceedings Rc.No.395/S-2/2006 dated 16.4.2007.

At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending writ petition, pursuant to the directions of the 2nd respondent, the Deputy Educational Officer, Narasaraopet submitted a report vide proceedings dated 29.2.2016 on the proposals for sanction of grant-in-aid to two S.G.T. posts at Rajiv Gandhi Memorial High School for PHC, Challagundla, Nekarikallu Mandal, Guntur district and pursuant to the said report, the District Educational Officer, Guntur addressed a letter vide Rc.No.12078/D3/15 dated 17.3.2016, requesting the 2nd respondent to issue appropriate orders with regard to admission of SGT posts into grant-in-aid in Rajiv Gandhi Memorial High School for PHC, Challagundla, Nekarikallu Mandal, Guntur district, while forwarding the report of the Deputy Educational Officer, Narasaraopet along with enclosures. 3.

While placing on record the said letter dated 17.3.2016, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Respondents may be directed to take appropriate action pursuant to the report in accordance with law by fixing some time frame. This Court accepts the said request and deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the Respondents to take appropriate action pursuant to the said letter dated 17.3.2016.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that appropriate action would be taken pursuant to the letter dated 17.3.2016, in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Respondents herein to take appropriate action pursuant to the letter in Rc.No.12078/D3/15 dated 17.3.2016 addressed by the District Educational Officer, Guntur to the 2nd respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
