The learned counsel for the revision petitioner had filed a letter before the Registry stating that the matter has been settled out of Court and that, therefore, he was instructed by his client to withdraw the civil revision petition.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'. In view of the contents of the letter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this CRP also shall stand dismissed.
