Nagamalla Vijaya v. The State Of Telangana Rep. By Its Principal Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.30805 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 9.
2.
Petitioner's grievance is that 9th respondent has not registered any case on the complaints dt.09-06-2016, 14-06-2016, 28-06-2016, 29-08-2016 and 01-07-2016 given by the petitioner. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 9 states that earlier a private complaint was filed in March 2016 by the petitioner before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Peddapalli, that the police had investigated the same and had filed a final report on 28-08-2016 before the said Court stating that the complaint is a false complaint.
4.
Since the petitioner has an effective remedy of filing a protest petition under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the said Magistrate, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. 5.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 6.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
